Aneo Acquires 172 MW of Wind Power in Sweden by Purchasing RWE’s Portfolio
Norwegian group Aneo strengthens its presence in the Swedish market by signing an agreement to acquire RWE Renewables Sweden’s wind portfolio, comprising 172 MW of installed capacity and approximately 500 GWh of annual production.

Aneo has concluded an agreement to take over all of RWE Renewables Sweden’s Swedish wind assets. The transaction covers 124 MW of onshore wind across 11 wind farms, as well as 48 MW of nearshore wind. The deal also includes project development activities, operations and maintenance services, and associated employees.
