Arcwood Environmental has completed the acquisition of ERG Environmental, a specialist in special waste management, thereby consolidating its position in the North American environmental services market. The transaction was conducted by independent investment bank Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, which acted as exclusive financial advisor to ERG. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
