Ivory Coast: Survey of Non-Electrified Areas Planned by End of March 2026

President Alassane Ouattara announced the launch of a survey of non-electrified localities and national grid extension needs during his State of the Nation address on December 31, 2025. This approach targets the optimization of efforts to achieve total territorial coverage in electricity and water.
