The Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) and the Environmental Assessment Commission (Coeva) of the Antofagasta region have approved the environmental impact study for the Parque Eólico Wayra project. Developed by EDF Power Solutions Chile, this hybrid park represents an estimated investment of $623.9 million, according to official data published in the Chilean Official Gazette. The facility will be located in the commune of Taltal, in the northern part of the country.
