Novar Secures €160 Million from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for 1.4 GW Target

Novar has closed a €160 million financing round, with an option bringing the total to €260 million, provided by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. The company targets 1.4 GW of operational assets by 2027.

Novar has closed a HoldCo-type financing agreement for €160 million, intended to support the development of new renewable energy projects. The entire loan was provided by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) through its Green Credit Funds. The agreement includes an option to activate an additional facility of up to €100 million, bringing total available financing to €260 million.
