PNE and EDF power solutions commission 16.8 MW wind farm in Thuringia
PNE Group and EDF power solutions Deutschland have connected four Vestas turbines to the German power grid. This installation brings PNE’s own generation portfolio to 496.8 MW.

PNE Group and EDF power solutions Deutschland announce the commissioning of the “Gebstedt” wind farm located in Thuringia, Germany. The installation comprises four Vestas V150 wind turbines with a rated output of 4.2 MW each, for a total capacity of 16.8 MW. According to both partners, the turbines have been feeding electricity into the grid since late December and reached maximum output immediately upon connection.
