Qatar Unlocks $434M to Revive Lebanon’s Crisis-Stricken Energy Sector

The Qatari development fund announced the release of $434.2 million for Lebanon. According to the Qatar Fund for Development, these funds would benefit more than 1.5 million people. The bulk of this package, $400 million, would be dedicated to developing the energy sector. The fund specifies that 10% of this amount would be allocated as a grant.
